Hi, wondering if anyone can help me.

I recently had a malware problem, which I managed to delete thanks to this wonderful website and the people that give advice here  , however there seems to be some remaining problems as occassionally while I'm browsing on firefox a new tab will open up and firefox will switch to with some random advertising, which is very irritating while reading an article etc.

The only software which seems to find any virus files is SuperAntiSpyware (it says its a rootkit) however everytime after I delete the rootkit through SAS it its there next time I scan and the redirect issue is still there.

If anyone could give any advice I'd be very grateful!

Try this:

The power of accurate observation is commonly called cynicism by those who haven't got it.
