Hello. I am having a bit of trouble with my computer. Last night I got this error message telling me that my computer was infected. Nod32 was unable to clean it. I just left my PC on and went to bed. Since then, this message has popped up three different times from nod. Nod is blocking the attacks, but is unable to clean the thing off of my computer. Ran a scan this morning, and it was unable to fix it again.

I am using windows 7 ultimate 32 bit.

Anyone?

Also have used Eset's stand alone cleaner for olmarik, but it was unable to detect it. Malwarebytes was unable to clean it. And the Eset online scan was unable to find it. The message says it is running in operating memory, but I have had two shut downs since I first recieved the warning.

Hello,

Please follow the instructions in ==>This Guide<==. If you cannot complete a step, skip it and continue.

Once the proper logs are created, then make a NEW TOPIC and post it ==>HERE<== Please include a description of your computer issues and what you have done to resolve them.

If you can produce at least some of the logs, then please create the new topic and explain what happens when you try to create the log(s) that you couldn't get. If you cannot produce any of the logs, then still post the topic and explain that you followed the Prep. Guide, were unable to create the logs, and describe what happens when you try to create the logs.
