I have adobe flash player 10 plugin
== flash player active x
== adobe air

...Are they all needed.

Unfortunately Flash is needed on most websites on the web.

Adobe AIR you can remove. Adobe forces it as a bundle without user permission.

I just installed adobe 10 yesterday, and each time I change sites it take now it take about 20 seconds. Didn't happen before yesterday, does it have that affect.
