Font suddenly changes.

Yesterday, my Font suddenly changed... I tried:
-Right Click Desktop>Appearance>Font Size> and tried all 3 fonts. None looked like what I had before. :/
Neither worked. Anything else I should try? I want to reset my Font to default.

Default font for Windows XP is Tahoma.
Apply Kelly's Registry hack. (you posted the link above)
Download Tahoma32.exe and run it. It will install Tahoma fonts.
You may have to restart the computer.
