Whenever I open a folder the viewing pane on the left has a new win 7 thing called libraries. I want to get rid of it. I was able to delete the subfolders but can't get rid of the libraries folder itself. This is supposed to work but didn't:

Does anyone know how to get rid of this?

Win 7, new computer, fresh install.

can't get rid of the libraries. (don't). Libraries are one of the ways you find things in Windows 7. I suggest going to M/S web site for Windows 7 and viewing the tutorials. They will explain what libraries are and what they do. You can also use the help section built into Windows 7.
