I am running Windows 7 and I noticed that the frames around word docs, browser windows, task bar etc. look like and open and close like a Mac OS.
Did some reading and found that qttask.exe (from quicktime) might cause conflicts. Followed the instructions to delete qttask.exe but could not find it in the registry.
Then deleted all the quicktime files and still have the problem.

There might be some malware in there as well,

Also found RZDVL2F27W (and) QNB2EB90WX in sys config startup.
