nod 32 eset cannot delete this infected file

File C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Application Data\Sun\Java\Deployment\cache\6.0\17\67e9c391-19471eeb is infected with multiple infiltrations.

I did have a problem a week or so ago with antivirus soft which i got rid of with rkill and malwarebytes.
Any idea how i can get rid of this.
