I am new to this forum and usually can fix my computer when and if i ever get a virus. I have searched all over and have done almost all of the suggestions for getting rid of this pest and nothing seems to cure my issue. AVG finds 4 rookits in my iexplore.exe file. I have ran malwarebytes, spybot, superantispyware and AVG and the only thing that works is uninstalling IE8. I hear clicking sounds, random comercials and random popus. Could I get some help to solve this issue?

Thanks for any help in advance!
