Cannot see links

When I bring up either Windows Live Mail or Help and Support I cannot see any links.I know they are there because I can use them to get the link.I do have snapshots,but I do not know if I can post them here. I have also tried Safe Mode with Networking and get the same results. Is anyone else having this problem?
