Infected by trojan/virus/worm

Hello staff I've been infected by a particularly pernicious trojan/virus/worm. It has reeked havoc on my computer and has left me frustrated confused and even angry. I recently joined unlimiteddownloads.com and downloaded a program that i had no business downloading. I knew i shouldn't have downloaded the program as soon as i double-clicked. From that point on my computer began acting strangely. When i first logged on to the computer i was greeted by a blue screen with no desktop. After looking for answers through my phone's browser i tried SFC /SCANNOW hoping to retrieve my desktop but that didn't work. I then rebooted in safe mode with networking and ran malwarebytes to scan my computer and rid myself of the virus. I though got rid of the pest but i was nowhere even close. So I ran task manager and typed in explorer and the the desktop returned. So now every time i log on i have to go through those steps to get explorer in my processesand to get my desktop to appear. I downloaded trojan remover but when i tried to open it nothing happened. I thought my firewall was preventing it from opening so i went to the control panel to add/remove programs and again i couldn't open it. It seemed like any action i tried to take did not work because of the virus/trojan/worm which i realized was alive and well on my computer. Luckily i found your site and began the process of getting help. My computer has frozen 5 times and twice during writing this message. I found a third party removal program and removed Online Armor because as tried to download DDS my firewall prevented it from running. I still couldn't utilize the DDS Tool Download Link so i found Registrybooster and ran the scan and saved it as DDS.scr. i have no idea what has infected my computer but i desperately need your help. Also I used Otl and have attached the the two texts.

If you have since resolved the original problem you were having, we would appreciate you letting us know. If not please perform the following steps below so we can have a look at the current condition of your machine.

If you have not done so, include a clear description of the problems you're having, along with any steps you may have performed so far.

Please refrain from running tools or applying updates other than those we suggest while we are cleaning up your computer. The reason for this is so we know what is going on with the machine at any time. Some programs can interfere with others and hamper the recovery process. Please also continue to work with me until I give you the all clear. Even if your computer appears to act better, you may still be infected.

Even if you have already provided information about your PC, we need a new log to see what has changed since you originally posted your problem.

Once we start working together, please reply back within 3 days or this thread may be closed so we can help others who are waiting.

  • Click the Quick Scan button.
  • The scan should take a few minutes.
  • Please copy and paste both logs in your reply.

We also need a new log from the GMER anti-rootkit scanner. Please first disable any CD emulation programs using the steps found in this topic:
