I have several different files that I want to convert to MPEG-4. I am looking for this program because I want to put it in my Ipod Nano to watch. These files range form .FLV to weird ones like .rmvb. If anyone have any programs that can convert, please let me know.

Media Coder (free): http://www.mediacoderhq.com/

Any Video Converter Pro (not free): http://www.any-video-converter.com/products/for_video/

Those two I know well and they work nicely.
