constant crc errors!!!! please help

I get constant crc errors happening everywhere, in rar/zip files and installers. I tested my ram and passes with flying colours, and did chkdsk and same as well. Can someone help me

Could you please be a little more specific as to where this is happening? Everywhere is just a little broad.

Cyclic redundancy checks usually occur when the is a problem with CDs or DVDs, other causes are system crashes, if those occur you can try doing a System Restore to a date preceding this problem. If it is the media, try using it in another computer, if it fails there as well... there you go.
