I have had constant issues with BSOD and strange network adapters, as well as motherboard hardware loading incorrect drivers. On top of that it seems I have atleast half a dozen of legacy 16 bit devices running in Windows 7. Mixed in with 17+ 4to6 IP adapters and 15+ shadow copys I think something is a foot.

How can I go about getting some help to confirm or deny my suspicions?

Can you boot into windows? If so do the following so that we can see your BSOD's:

Download BlueScreenView
No installation required.
Double click on BlueScreenView.exe file to run the program.
When scanning is done, go Edit>Select All.
Go File>Save Selected Items, and save the report as BSOD.txt.
Open BSOD.txt in Notepad, copy all content, and paste it into your next reply.
If I have replied to a topic and you reply and I haven't gotten back to you within 48 hours (2 days) then send me a P.M.
