Bluescreen @ Nero trial installation

:trumpet: hello everyone at bleepingcomputer :thumbsup:
This time it's again my dads problem i am here for .. :) :flowers:

It all started in the morning today when we was about install the "Nero 10.0.300 Trial" from Nero homesite
The machine started to work as hell and then suddenly it gave Bluescreen with error code:

STOP: c000021a {Fatal System Error}
The Windows Logon Process system process terminated unexpectedly with a status of 0xc0000005 (0x7c910f29 0x0113f3b0)


Please help? :inlove: :cool:

Uninstall the application.

Have you even read my post? !!

This happens when we are trying to open the installer from the *.exe!

Don't install it?

I'd give CDBurnerXP a try instead. It's free.
