i have the My Security Shield problem on one of my computers. i amencouraged by the solution here but i am unable to get the rkill program.
i have tried on four different computers and seem to get the message "internet explorer cannot display the web page."

i have tried the various links all with no success.

I just downloaded the program successfully from this link: http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/grinler/rkill.com and http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/grinler/iExplore.exe

I'm not sure why your download is not working.

I should have asked earlier, but are both computers infected? If so, have you tried downloading it on functional computer and transferring it over using a flash drive (or floppy disk, lol)?
