Hi, this is Koushik from India.

I had initially ANSYS loaded in my laptop. It was then showing Lmgrd.exe-Application Error popup whenever I logged off. The dialog box used to appear everytime and the message was-- The instruction at "*******" referenced memory at "********". The memory could not be "read". I had then fixed the problem. Recently I loaded ArcGIS; again the problem started. I am now unable to solve the problem. I have noticed that the LMTools of both ANSYS and ArccGIS both shows either ANSYS configurations or ArcGIS configurations. Maybe this IS THE problem. Can anyone help?

Info on File.

I suggest uninstalling the applicable software...and then reinstalling same.
