Hi Hope someone can give me some advice.

I have ahd the recurring error Microsoft Visual C++ Debug Library appear with the following:

Debug assertion failed
Program C:/Windows/System 32/ svchost.exe
File C:/Program files/microsoft visual studio 8/vc/include/xtree
line 293
Expression map/set iterators incompatible

As I am not a techno I Googled and cam across you excellent forum and quickly identified what I thought was a solution.

I followed your instruction all the way to installing the GMER programme. When I clicked the icon it immediately started running not giving me the opportunity to unselect the IAT/EAT then after running for a few seconds I get the error gmer.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close.

I have logs of DDS program which I have attached to this post
