I have followed all the slow computer tuneup instructions and it's just not helping. It's driving me nuts!

Also your Antivirus - Antimalware - Any firewall - Last time you defragged -

All of which..."slow computer tuneup instructions", please?

There are a myriad of different instructions/suggestions available on the Internet...and I'm confident that you haven't tried every suggestion made.

It helps if viewers know what you have done...to avoid needless repetitive suggestions, IMO.
