if your browser is redirecting to random sites such as "asklots.com" or "123bounce.com" or others and all scans come back clean, your router may have been hacked.

#1 change your router login password.
#2 check your primary and secondary DNS settings in your router.

my router had these settings changed to the following
Primary DNS: 213.109.68.8
Secondary DNS: 213.109.75.92

i reset these and my browser redirect stoped. i hope this helps

Hello,

I'm glad that worked for you; however, that won't work in all or even most situations. Often, there are rootkits involved.

So, if nothing picks it up and resetting the router doesn't work either, please follow the instructions in the guide here: http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/t/34773/preparation-guide-for-use-before-using-malware-removal-tools-and-requesting-help/ and create a topic in the log forum here: http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/f/22/virus-trojan-spyware-and-malware-removal-logs/ so you can receive assistance from our team in removing the infection.
