IE will redirect after search

I have an issue with my IE redirecting after doing a search, and sometimes it will just automatically pop open another window with out me touching it..

I am running

Windows XP Professional 2003
Service Pack 3 in a Dell Precision Latop
Intel Pentium M proceesor 2.00ghz

SuperAntispyware Free Edition
