One of our pc's got infected with the Security Tool Virus. I was following the instructions from an early blog....but I obviously, didn't follow too closely..... I ran ATF Cleaner before I installed and updated SAS. Now it won't install and is giving me an error.
Any suggestions?

Create one Folder/Directory named TEMP (in CAPS) in C drive

in Control Panel>>System (System Properties)>>Advanced (TAB)>>Environment Variables...>>
Edit: Variable Value

i think TEMP folder is missing tht is causing to Install any software.
