I have several possible infections that my conventional Malwarebytes, Avira antivirus, and SuperAntiSpyware scans are not picking up. These are the symptoms.

1) When logging into various banking or sensitive information sites, (eg; PayPal, Bank) a redirect occurs to a screen which usually looks like the real website (e.g. Paypal) which then requests various personal info

2) Google search redirect. From the main google search page a list of results which looks legitimate takes the browser to various pages - usually for shopping and other advertising. This occurs randomly as I can often get legitimate links.

3) Occasionally Firefox crashes and upon restart asks to restore one or more instances of hxxp://infomoneyservice.com or .net

4) Random advertising audio clips unrelated to any open windows.

5) Gooredfix will not run as described.

thanks for looking - this is driving me nuts.

Please follow the instructions in ==>This Guide<== starting at Step 6.

Once the proper logs are created, then make a NEW TOPIC and post it ==>HERE<== Please include a description of your computer issues and what you have done to resolve them.

If you can produce at least some of the logs, then please create the new topic and explain what happens when you try to create the log(s) that you couldn't get. If you cannot produce any of the logs, then still post the topic and explain that you followed the Prep. Guide, were unable to create the logs, and describe what happens when you try to create the logs.
