I have had problems from a virus or something that Malwarebytes took off for me a few months ago. It was one of that popped up and said buy this virus protection software and shut every avenue to the internet off, with pop ups galore just after starting the computer. It has been working fine for many months. Lately I have been getting the pop up saying it has blocked it trying to access the internet and I get a similar pop up blocking another site similar. Now my sound has quit working and I am getting the taskbar turning tan. I check and it says hardware is installed, I have built in audio card. I checked and it says no audio device is installed. I checked the drivers and I get nothing. I try to access windows update and I cannot reach it, i get a message saying the server timed out and reset while the page was loading.

I know there was a similar link recently but it was not fully resolved and I still need help.

Please follow the instructions in ==>This Guide<==. If you can't do a step, skip it and go on.

Once the proper logs are created, then make a NEW TOPIC and post it ==>HERE<== Please include a description of your computer issues and what you have done to resolve them.

If you can produce at least some of the logs, then please create the new topic and explain what happens when you try to create the log(s) that you couldn't get. If you cannot produce any of the logs, then still post the topic and explain that you followed the Prep. Guide, were unable to create the logs, and describe what happens when you try to create the logs.
