I am infected with a Spamming virus

My ISP says it's going to cut me off if I don't get rid of this virus/bot.
I see the activity light on my router going full tilt even though I am not running anything.
I'm using AVG free; its scan doesn't find anything.
MBAM (Malware Bytes) doesn't find anything.
I was also naughty and ran ComboFix, but that didn't fix the problem either.
I could use some help please.

Okay, I downloaded TDSSKiller.exe (read about it on another thread) and it found the problem and fixed it.
Yay!
