Hoping someone can please help me solve this mystery!

I use Firefox. Several days ago when I opened the browser, within a few moments, another tab opened on its own with some random website (that looked rather fishy). My main antivirus software is the paid version of AVG which claimed there was nothing wrong with my computer. I also downloaded Malwarebytes which did find some things (at first).

ORIGINAL Malwarebytes Log

Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware 1.46

Database version: 4372

Windows 5.1.2600 Service Pack 3
Internet Explorer 8.0.6001.18702

Files Infected:
C:\Documents and Settings\Susan\Local Settings\Temp\7.tmp (Backdoor.Bot) -> Quarantined and deleted successfully.
C:\WINDOWS\cpnprt2.cid (Trojan.Agent) -> Quarantined and deleted successfully.
C:\WINDOWS\system32\YT16M5qn.exe.a_a (Trojan.Agent) -> Quarantined and deleted successfully.

I deleted those files.

The problem kept occurring (usually only after the computer has rebooted...not necessarily when I first open Firefox but within the first few minutes of my browsing the Internet, the tab will open on its own...always a different site).

I downloaded Avast which found nothing. I ran Spybot which found nothing out of the ordinary cookies that it gets upset about.

I finally downloaded SUPERAntiSpyware which claimed it had found lots of stuff; had it quarantine/delete everything and reboot. Once again, the problem still occurred.

Attached to this post are 3 screencaps of examples of what has loaded on the screen. Also attached is the "Attach" file from running DDS as well as the "Ark" file from running GMER. I have also attached the most recent log from Malwarebytes (where nothing was found) and also the most recent log from SUPERAntiSpyware.

Trying to cover all bases, and truly hope someone can please help me!

Two questions:

1) If this is a backdoor Trojan, could any other computer that uses my wireless router be at risk as well?
2) Backing up my files...would images, documents, music, etc. be "safe" to transfer to another drive, or would I risk copying over the virus/trojan/malware with the backup?

Below is the DDS text:

I apologize for wasting your time in any way. I ended up going to another forum for assistance. Since more than 5 days had passed since I had originally posted, I figured that my original post had been skipped for some reason. I should have posted again that I was going elsewhere, but in the craziness of fixing this computer, I completely forgot. Again, I am so very sorry. Good news is - my computer has been fixed. Please close this topic. I never received e-mail notification that you had responded on the 11th; I only got the e-mail notification about your 3-day bump.
