Looks good except for the power supply. Don't go cheap (brand) with that. Get an Antec, Corsair or SeaSonic.

meh, power supply comes with the case/motherboard, and it has 5 star ratings from tigerdirect customers.

Customer reviews aren't always educated. Trust me on the PSU.

I'd say get a Nvidia 9600GT and a 450W PSU from Corsair.

FYI, 9500GT < HD 4670 < 9600GT
