Windows Explorer crash

hi. hope you can help me.
I was trying to remove malware by runnign some programs etc. when my computers windows explorer crashed.
I can't run/access anything on my computer anymore except a few things thru windows task Manager.
Is it possible that some of the programs deleted files related to windows explorer and
Is there anything I can do to fix this problem? Please help!
