both internet browsers starting doing this today, I have no idea why. I tried to update both of them, cause I think I have the older versions. I know NOTHING about computers so this is so frustrating. I am not sure what you guys need from my end though, so if anyone could help, that would be amazing.

What happens when you try to open these programs? Be more descriptive than "They crash." Do they not load at all when you click the icon? Do they get to a certain point, then crash? Describe the crash? Do you get an error message?

Did any software recently get installed?
