I've 640 GB External HDD in which I copied all my backup files (Documents,Excel, Powerpoint,P3 Projects etc). After few weeks when I connected my External HDD to my PC It's observed that all the files has changed to 1 KB with Shortcut mark only. When I clicked on the File proporties I got the target file as <Driveletter>:\deaboog.scr. I've run Superantispyware/Malwarebytes/Spybot Search and destroy , but of no use. Superantispyware showed me that one of the file (SYSTEMVOLUMEINFORMATION_RESTORE) has infected with Trojan.Agent/Gen-FraudTool and has removed , but still the folders are the same 1 KB with shortcuts.

I've run the folders in Command Prompt (CMD) and there I can see all the files and folders of all my backups.

Anyone has a solution please let me know and it is very urgent since all my Important documents are in this External HDD. ( I've checked the External HDD in Several other PC's and Laptops but the result is same).
