I have BidDefender 2010 and MalwareBytes installed.

Both clean scans.

Do they search for bot activity, though?

If not, could someone recommend software specifically for this? Windows 7, 64-bit.

I tried R U Botted from TrendMicro, but that doesn't work on 64-bit.

You can use BotHunter : http://www.bothunter.net/

Though I think BitDefender can effectively protect you from bots of all kinds.
