About four days ago, computer started redirecting to odd sites when doing a Google Search. Lists search results. When we click result switches to a new page that has address of Google.webhp or just randomly goes to other pages like smokedturkey.com, kdirectory.com, etc., etc. Many strange pages are appearing on our history log and am scared this is some kind of a progressive thing that is spreading? AVG keeps popping up more files that it says are suspicious at random times.

Downloaded Twister and ran it two days ago. It said WIN32. Quk.a.expt. Said it couldn't clean it. Nothing comes up on scan now. AVG keeps popping up file names.

Googled and found your lovely site. Found a few posts that matched our symptoms and followed the directions. Ended up with direction to post the problem here. Did download and run a GMER per one of the posts in an attempt to remedy. But direction in that post came to an end with thread being closed to work with the person specifically, so posting here for direction.

Thank you so much for your work here. It is a great contribution and appreciated. Look forward to guidance.
