hey all they best way that i can describe this problem is that services keep stoppping...

ill be sittin there watchin a video doing something on the internet and all the sudden i cant connect...so i go to services and it says that DCHP, server, windows audio, zero config, and work station services are all stopped and a few others....windows firewall wont even start....o ya and a svchost.exe keeps sucking up memory and processor...the highest ive seen it go is 300,000 and 100 processor.....so when it gets high i end it...which does stop some services but my problem is that these services stop when the process is still runnig....

i hope ive explained this well enough....

Take a look in Event Viewer and see if there are any clues...there usually are for services.
