I just recently used Combofix to get rid of an error. This error seemed to be the result of a magicjack installation and also a malware called somethingrandom.exe. Since fixing the error; however, my KB-21e scroll USB keyboard is not working like usual. Not of the shortcut buttons are functioning, they just refresh my desktop. I think i really need help fixing this. Or is there a way that I could fix the previous error without using combo fix? If so I would just restore the system to a previous date and fix it otherwise.

Thanx in advance.

Have you tried reinstalling the keyboard software? I think it unlikely that system restore to an earlier date is going to solve the problem. Have you also checked in device manager to see if there are any warnings?

Hello,

Please follow the instructions in ==>This Guide<== starting at step 6.

Once the proper logs are created, then make a NEW TOPIC and post it ==>HERE<== Since you have run ComboFix, please include the ComboFix log in the new topic. Please be sure to include a description of your computer issues and what you have done to try to resolve them.

If you cannot produce any of the other logs, then please create the new topic anyway, include the information that you were unable to produce the other logs and why and include the ComboFix log along with a description of your computer issues.
