Appears to be related to ATI Catalyst Control Center.

If you have an ATI video card/chipset...I would try uninstalling the video drivers (using Device Manager and Add/Remove Programs)...then reinstalling anew.

I gave that a go but no dice.

When I was installing it said something about .NET framework...
Could that possibly be my issue? Not having .NET framework installed ?

Well...let's try to be specific.

What...did the message say?

Since I have had system using ATI cards/chipsets...I know that one of the requirements for installing the drivers and Catalyst Control Center...is to have some version of MS.NET installed. The instructions I have always seen were quite clear about this.

I didnt see it when I first installed but when I upgraded it said something about catalyist control centre needs .NET framework to be installed.
I installed .NET framework 2.0. Seemed to have solved the cli.exe problem :flowers:
