symantec proxy email

I've got the symantec proxy email virus, it keeps trying to send email to some random address everytime I log in to the internet.
I used symantec antivirus to do full scan and found a few trojan, and some of them cant be deleted, but its been quarantine.
Then I tried to do full scan on safe mode but symantec giving me error, uninstall symantec, and re-install but still the same error

so now everytime i connect to internet it gives me these pop-ups proxy email, hundreds of them.
not too good with computer, so you might have to guide me

please help!
