Malware - Not able to remove through Malwarebytes

Hi,

My computer seems to be infected by a Trojan. This infects few registry keys and files. Following is the log of MBAM

Any suggestions on how to remove this will be helpful. I have tried running MBAM multiple times but to no avail.
