Sony VAIO GXR600 win2k sp4

Nevermind about my vgaoem question. I got vgaoem.fo_ copied into c:\winnt\system as vgaoem.fon using the win2k install cd and recovery console and then booted into safe mode. Can't boot into windows - the blue screen flashes by, but I think it's a problem w/ a video driver.

The dir command seems to work a bit differently in recovery console. There's no /s. Is the p for reparse what you use to search all the subfolders? Is it "dir p" or "dir /p"?
