How to uninstall shell pack in XP

I have downloaded and install UBUNTU SHELL PACK for my XP SP3 and Installed in my computer but now I want to uninstall it.
I am using revo uninstaller but I could not found unistaller files of UBUNTU SHELL pack in REVO...I tried inbuilt add/remove programs options but same problem I faced....

HERE IT IS: Ubuntu Skin Pack 1.0
