Summary of problem: TrendMicro HouseCall V7.1 identifies files containing RogueAV.CLNAV4 but Malwarebytes v1.46 (fully updated) and Norton Internet Security 2010 (fully updated) do not detect the files as containing trojans.

TrendMicro's HouseCall v7.1 found two files on my system that it said were infected with the same trojan: RogueAV.CLNAV4. The specific entries are:

D:\Microsoft\Office XP Developer\Packaging Wizard\PKWizBackEnd.dll
D:\Microsoft\Office XP Developer\SDK\Action Tool\Action.exe

The files were stored in folders in the Microsoft Office XP/2002 Developers toolkit. I'm guessing these files were dropped into these folders sometime after I installed the Developers toolkit. I'm not implying that the files were introduced by Microsoft - that's not my intent by posting this here.

Has anyone else experienced this? Is this something to be concerned about?
