Error, Malware

i'm having the same problem with my dell inspiron 1100 but the tests all passed. the only difference is that my virus may be from a facebook virus. how can i fix this?

Please provide more pertinent details concerning your situation.

Error messages (verbatim), identified malware, things that you have done since the problem began, etc.
