how to manage screen saver?

Hi,
i am using window 7 starter pack.my screen saver active every 1 minute and annoying me.under the display properties i changed the screen saver to NONE and increased the time too then i click apply.but it seem to be my changes are not saved and the screen saver pop ups every 1 minute.So how to manage this?Anyone can HELP me

kdmj2003 Remove the check mark from( minutes )under screen saver.

you might need to run it as Administrator for it to hold the settings.

In windows 7 starter edition the is NO 'personalize' key!.
So how should i manage mt screen saver problem?
