I tried searching for help with this and read that if i clean installed windows and formated my comp it would dissapear. i did this 2 times and when avira scans it always finds the trojan in the same folder (C:\Windows\winsxs\Temp\PendingRenames\39bccb23172dcb01afa20000840dec0a.x86_microsoft-windows-gdi_31bf3856ad364e35_6.0.6000.16939_none_a7d5725a5d6ffbb2_atmfd.dll_ff796bf0) and it always has a different name. I tried scanning malware bytes but it doesnt even pick it up. all i did after the clean install of windows was go on google and download avira, pc tools firewall plus, and malware bytes.

Hello,

Please follow the instructions in ==>This Guide<== starting at Step 6.

Once the proper logs are created, then make a NEW TOPIC and post it ==>HERE<== Please include a description of your computer issues and what you have done to try to resolve them.

If you can produce at least some of the logs, then please create the new topic and explain what happens when you try to create the log(s) that you couldn't get. If you cannot produce any of the logs, then still post the topic and explain that you followed the Prep. Guide, were unable to create the logs, and describe what happens when you try to create the logs.
