Okay guys...hopefully you can help me on this one.

I bought a computer custom built off of ibuypower.com about three years ago. Got a major virus and decided to just reformat and reinstall windows. I installed visa 32 bit off the install disks but long and short I have no internet.

I use a cable network connection which i know is up as other computers in the house are still connected. It cannot find any networks, and I think the problem is that i don't have a network adapter driver. Any clue which one I get? I have an Asus motherboard if this helps.

Thanks in advance

Okay...from reboot screen its a Asus P5KPL-VM motherboard I believe. Also I'm trying to set up a ethernet, not wireless connection if that helps.

1. Go to this page.
2. Select MOTHERBOARD >> SOCKET 775 >> P5KPL-VM >> Vista 32bit
3. Refer to the image shown below and choose the driver that corresponds to the Network Adapter present:

4. Download and install the driver.
5. Connect to the internet!
