I have been reading forum posts all morning trying to find a way to resolve this issue. Had a machine infected with viruses and spyware. I've removed everything with AVG, Ad-Aware, and CCleaner. The machine runs smoothly, but I'm still unable to load the Windows Update website. All other websites I've tried still work, just not that one. Anyone have any suggestions? Everything that I've read has not helped and I'd really rather not wipe this computer out and start over. Thanks!

Strange. Can you please try reinstalling Internet Explorer, by downloading the latest version from here?

I've removed everything with AVG, Ad-Aware, and CCleaner.

Most likely, not everything...

I suggest, you start new topic in malware forum.
