Hi there,

Hope someone here can help me out. I have a few issues with my computer. My speakers/headphones do not work unless I restart my computer. After a restart I am not sure how it takes for them not to quit working again, as I usually keep my speakers off unless I am watching videos. When I click on the control panel and click onto sound devices it tells me there is no sound device and all the options are grayed out.

I also have had some recent issues with malware on computer, which I found while running Malwarebytes, Adaware, and Spybot.

The last issue I have is that I use Mozilla as my browser and it has been crashing at least once a day.

I have Windows XP home edition, with service pack 3

Thanks in advance for any help you can give me.
