So far I've:

Restarted my computer in 'Safe mode w/ Networking.' Although I still couldn't get on the internet. (followed instructions @ http://www.2-spyware.com/remove-antivir-solution-pro.html)
Restarted my computer again, except this time I did a 'System Restore.'

After the System Restore I was able to access the internet. I downloaded Spyware Doctor.

Then I did a scan. file:///C:/Documents%20and%20Settings/CVC/My%20Documents/My%20Notebook/spyware_doc1.htm

Since then Spyware Doc has been blocking threats.

Don't know if the following image is any help, just trying to give as much info as I can.

Which I'm not 100% sure about the site I referred to, whether or not I can trust that information.
