I am not super computer savvy. I have the a trojan virus. I got it from a coupon download site. I have tried all the free download malware softwares and none can remove it.
It is is C:users\myname\Appdata\local\temp\coupon~1.DLL
I have read alot online, stating how hard this virus is to remove.
I am running windows 7 software. I dont mind buying a cleaner product, but dont want to purchase one if it wont work.

I see that there is a combo fix software, but it says it shouldnt be used without proper supervision, especially for a neophite like me.
Any help anyone can give me, would be greatly appreciated.
