Hello from Chicago. Just hoping i can get some hlep removing some trojans before i loose my hair because of the constant pulling and frustration :thumbsup:

Running your Anti-virus in "Safe Mode" and/or with system restore temporarily disabled may allow it to removed identified problems. Most likely, the company that provides your AV will have a virus database that includes any special instructions for using it to removed the malware.

Hi thanks for your tip above i tried it and it actually did remove quite a few trojans however i still cant delete some malware i believe it is. However i do have a hijackthis post up and hopefull will get help on removing it. Thanks you tons!!
