Unable To use System Restore

For some reason when trying, I am not able to turn on system restore. When I get to the menu, everything is grayed out and it won't let me click anything.

I am an administrator, so I am wondering why I'm not able to change it....

Okay, I deleted the disableSR registry key, and know all is good. Thanks.
