Try this:

1. Reboot your PC
2. When it starts up, hit the key to bring up the BIOS section.
3. Look for the Boot Sequence option.
4. Change the order like so:
No. 1 - CD/DVD Drive
No. 2 - HDD
No. 3 - whatever...

5. Insert the Windows 7 disc.
6. Save the settings and exit the BIOS section
7. The computer should automatically reboot and start reading from the CD/DVD drive.

If everything is in order, you should be greeted by the Windows 7 Setup screen.

Perform a clean install and you're good to go!

Did you perform a clean install?

If so, you will need to install all the DRIVERS again.

Video, audio, network et all...and things should improve!

trying to find how and were to download the right drivers
The laptop manufacturer's website.
Visit the site, head to the downloads section, choose your laptop model, select the OS, download the NETWORK related drivers.

In deviceManger i have this yellow icon under other Enternet Controller an Network Controller.
Yep, a yellow exclamation mark indicating the missing driver.

Since you have a new laptop did it not come with a driver disk they should do just in case you need to re-install all of the drivers?
